purchase of goods
The purchaser shall purchase the goods in accordance with any written quotes provided by the seller in this case Chesterfield Suites trading as Pauls Furnishings and accepted by the buyer.
omissions
Typographical, clerical or other omissions in any of our product literature, advetisements, sales literature, quotation, pricelists, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentary information issued by Chesterfield Suites shall be subject to correction without liability on the part of Chesterfield Suites.
deposits
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total selling price is required on acceptance of order. The subsequence balance of the order to be paid and cleared prior to the delivery or recieving of the goods to the buyer.
guarantees
All goods are supplied with a manufacturers warranty of a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated.
payment
Payment for goods can be made by debit or credit card (which includes visa,mastercard,solo and maestro) , personal cheques (must be accompanied by cheque guarantee card) or business cheque.
